If you are a bit flexible with what you are looking for or your travel dates, send us a message and we can let you know if we have something available that isn't listed below and that meets your needs.
Typically, the home owners require a minimum rental of 4 months during the high season between November and April.

Casa Sol

Canal home with roomy back yard with pool and grassy area. Big palapa to give you shade. One level home with 3 bedrooms which each have their own private bath. Great view of the canal. Air conditioning and washer. This home is on Calle Astilleros and on the middle canal but on the street closest to town - which makes for a close walk to just about everything. Utilities (gas, pool, gardener, internet, electricity) extra. (note that there in no longer a fridge in the back yard palapa area as seen in the pictures.
Casa Mia

Unlock the gate surrounded by bougainvillea and walk through a secure and nicely landscaped courtyard. The entrance door opens into a bright, open concept kitchen, living, dining area which is tastefully decorated and great for entertaining. Walk through the patio doors into the central patio to enjoy the walls covered with flowering vines, the hummingbirds and the gurgling fountain. Relax in the shaded alcove or climb the circular staircase to sunbathe or view the vistas of rooftops, palm trees, and mountains. Two large air-conditioned bedrooms are accessed from the central courtyard and feature queen-size beds, large ensuite bathrooms, ample closet space and bureaus. The beach is only two blocks away; shops, restaurants and nightlife only three blocks away. Feel like a dip in a pool? Several hotels nearby welcome you to lounge and swim in their pools if you purchase a beer or margarita. Utilities are not included. Washer and dryer are onsite.
Casa Rosy

Casa Rosy is on Calle Puerto Cebu, two doors from Barra's main street, Calle Veracruz thus making it a quick walk to town, restaurants and to the beach. It has secure parking. Nice open living space. Each bedroom has a bath. Washing machine. Palapa viewing area on the 3rd floor gives you a view of the ocean. No pool or air conditioning but the home is laid out in a way that offers wonderful cross wind in addition to its ceiling fans. Utilities (internet, gas, and electricity) are extra. There is a loft also on the property that is rented out separately from the house. Both the loft and the house are accessed by the same front gate.
Casa Raul

Located close to town on Calle Galleon, this spacious and bright home is close to all the amenities that Barra has to offer. Four bedrooms upstairs and one down. Private pool in the back. Utilities (internet, gas, water, pool cleaning and electricity) extra.
